Organic oats, chia seeds, flax, organic coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder topped with fresh blueberries (2x containers, about 4-5 portions)

Pasture-raised eggs, heavy cream, cheddar, jack, organic potatoes, salt and pepper (6 egg bites)

Warm in the microwave 1 minute or the air fryer for 3-4 minutes

Organic flour, organic sugar, butter, pasture-raised eggs, Valrhona chocolate, salt, vanilla

Organic Bianco tomatoes, homemade chicken stock, Row 7 organic Honeynut Squash, coconut milk, ginger, onion, garlic

Warm in a sauce pot over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until bubbling, stir often

Greek Orzo Salad with Chicken

Organic orzo pasta, roasted tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers, parsley, dill, lemon vinaigrette and grilled organic chicken breast with a side of feta cheese (Serves 1-2)

Dinner Entrees

Marinated Skirt Steak with Smashed Potatoes, Chimichurri and Sauteed Carrots

Marinated skirt steak, smashed and roasted organic potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, sauteed organic carrots and chimichurri with parsley, oregano, vinegar, garlic, olive oil (Serves 4)

Bring the meal to room temperature while preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Place the smashed potatoes on a sheet pan with a piece or parchment paper and roast for 10-15 minutes to get crispy. Warm the carrots and steak in the oven (remove the lids from the glass containers) for 5-8 minutes depending on how you like your steak. Stir the chimichurri well and serve at room temperature

Chicken Enchiladas, Pinto Beans and Cucumber-Tomato Salad

Shreddy braised organic chicken breast, organic flour tortillas, mild enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, organic pinto beans and salad of diced cucumber and tomatoes with lime vinaigrette

(Serves 4)

Bring salad dressing to room temp while pre heating the oven/air fryer to 400 degrees. Bake enchiladas uncovered at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and sauce bubbles. Warm the pinto beans in a sauce pan over medium-high heat until hot, 5-8 minutes, stirring often. Toss the salad with vinaigrette and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
