Heating Instructions- September 9, 2025
Breakfast & Sweets
High Protein Pancake Batter with Organic Raspberry Sauce (GF)
Pasture raised eggs, cottage cheese, GF flour, vanilla and for the sauce organic raspberries, honey, lemon
1 Quart Batter (makes 15 small pancakes)
Keep chilled. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until warm, add coconut oil and let melt. Shake batter well and pour into the warm pan in small circles. If the better breaks on the edges your pan is too hot, turn down slightly. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side, flip and cook for 1 min on the second side. Serve with gently warmed raspberry sauce.
Organic Blueberry Muffins
Organic flour, butter, organic sugar, Greek yogurt, pasture raised eggs, organic blueberries, salt
(6 Muffins)
Enjoy at room temperature or toasted.
Princess Bircher Muesli (GF)
Organic Greek yogurt, organic oats, grated apple, lemon, honey, cinnamon topped with fresh organic blueberries (Serves 4)
Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
Soup, Salads & Sides
Turkey Chili (GF/DF)
Ground organic turkey breast, fire-roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, homemade chicken stock, black beans and bell peppers (1 quart)
Warm in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes until bubbling hot.
Mexican Chopped Salad with Chicken and Creamy Avocado Dressing
Organic chicken breast, romaine, red cabbage, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, pinto beans, toasted pepitas, greek yogurt, lime, cilantro, avocado (Serves 1-2)
Shake dressing then toss the salad and enjoy.
Classic Chicken Salad (GF/DF)
Organic chicken breast, mayo, Dijon, celery, dill, parsley (1 pint)
Enjoy chilled with crackers or on a salad.
Dinner Entrees
Flank Steak with Chimichurri, Sweet Potato Wedges and Steamed Green Beans
Marinated flank steak, parsley, vinegar, garlic, shallot, oregano, organic sweet potatoes and organic green beans (Serves 4)
Remove the meal from the fridge and preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay the sweet potatoes flat on a baking sheet and heat for about 15 minutes until hot and crispy on the edges. Warm the steak and green beans in the glass containers (lids removed first) in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.
Roasted Vegetable Lasagna with Sourdough Focaccia
Organic roasted eggplant, zucchini and spinach, organic Bianco tomato sauce, organic lasagna noodles, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, basil and sourdough focaccia (serves 4)
For planning purposes this meal will take 45-50 minutes to cook!!
Remove from the oven and let sit on the counter while you preheat the oven to 375 degrees Remove the lid and cover the lasagna with foil, sealing the edges. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until the sauce is bubbling. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese has browned and is bubbly. Serve with focaccia at room temperature or toasted.
Salmon Sushi Bowls (GF/DF)
Slow cooked Salmon, steamed sushi rice, sliced carrots + cucumbers, steamed edamame, seaweed wraps, spicy mayo (Serves 4)
Warm the salmon in a hot 400 degree oven or air fryer for 5-7 minutes until warmed or serve chilled. Microwave the rice and serve the warm rice with salmon, chilled vegetables, seaweed and chilled spicy mayo. It’s fun to make sushi wraps, hand rolls or bowls with these ingredients.
