Bacon and Cheese Egg Bites

Pasture raised eggs, cottage cheese, bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, sea salt , gluten free flour (6 muffin sized bites)

Gluten Free

Keep chilled and microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute to rewarm or air fry at 375 for 5 minutes until warmed through.

Ari’s Banana Bread Muffins 

Banana, organic yogurt, organic flour, pasture-raised eggs, Guittard chocolate chips

(6 muffins)

Store and enjoy at room temperature.

Soup, Salads & Sides

Organic Chicken Noodle Soup 

Organic chicken broth, shredded chicken breast, carrots, celery, egg noodles, dill

1 Quart (serves 2-3)

Dairy Free

Warm in a pot over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stir occasionally until warmed through.

Spring Super Foods Salad

Asparagus, marinated artichoke hearts, pearl cous cous, spinach, dill, parsley, lemon vinaigrette, feta and a side of chopped pistachios

Dairy Free by omitting the feta

Bring to room temperature, shake the vinaigrette to mix and add to the salad as needed.

Classic Chicken Salad

Organic chicken breast, mayo, Dijon, celery, dill, parsley, scallion, lemon juice (1 pint)

Enjoy chilled.

Banyuls red wine vinegar, champagne vinegar, Dijon, salt, pepper, olive oil, avocado oil, shallot, honey

Keep chilled, to use bring to room temperature and shake well before topping on salads.

Bake Your Own Organic Sourdough Bread

Remove the sourdough from the bag and place on a piece of parchment paper in a medium bowl to shape the bread. Meanwhile, heat your oven to 450 degrees. Place a dutch oven pot with the lid on in the oven to preheat for 45 minutes. Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven, remove the lid and place the loaf inside the hot pot by holding the edges of the parchment paper.  The dome side of the bread should face up in the pot. Use a knife or razor blade to make an X along the top of the bread (about ½”deep). Place the lid back on the pot and bake in the hot 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and turn the heat down to 400, bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack for at least one hour before slicing. Raw dough will hold in the fridge for 1 week from delivery. Once baked, consume within 3 days.

Dinner Entrees

Steak with Chimichurri, Ember Roast Sweet Potatoes and Organic Broccoli 

Marinated flank steak, chimichurri sauce, organic sweet potatoes, olive oil, sea salt, organic broccoli, olive oil (serves 4)

Gluten Free / Dairy Free 

Preheat the oven to 400 while bringing the meal to room temperature. Lay the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes until hot. Warm the broccoli uncovered in the oven about 5-8 minutes until hot and season with olive oil or butter and a sprinkle of salt. The steak can warm uncovered in the oven or seared in a saute pan 1 minute per side until hot. Serve with room temperature chimichurri.

Clean BBQ Chicken Thighs, Maple Baked Beans, Green Salad 

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, Clean BBQ Sauce, organic navy beans, tomato paste, maple syrup, brown sugar, organic romaine, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Good Eaters Vinaigrette (serves 4)

Gluten Free / Dairy Free 

Preheat the oven to 350 while bringing the meal to room temperature. Uncover the baked beans, place on a sheet tray with the chicken thighs and bake for 20-25-minutes until heated through. Shake the vinaigrette well and toss the salad lightly until mixed. Serve the chilled salad with the warm beans and chicken.

Turkey Bahn Mi Bowls

Organic Mary’s Free Range ground turkey, ginger, garlic, tamari, lemongrass, steamed jasmine rice, pickled veggies, shaved cucumbers, picked cilantro, basil and mint, sriracha aioli (serves 4)

Gluten Free / Dairy Free 

Microwave or saute the turkey and the rice on the stove top to warm. Assemble bowls of rice, turkey, pickled and raw vegetables, fresh herbs and top with sriracha aioli.
