Broccoli-Cheddar Soup

Homemade vegetable stock, organic broccoli, cheddar, parmesan, onion, garlic, organic milk

(1 pint) Gluten Free

Warm in a pot over medium heat, stirring often until warm, about 5-7 minutes


Italian Chopped Salad with Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 

Organic romaine, radicchio, oven roasted turkey breast, salami, garbanzo beans, provolone cheese, cherry tomatoes, oregano, red wine vinaigrette and a side of pepperoncini (Serves 1-2)

Gluten Free / Dairy Free by omitting the provolone

Bring the dressing to room temperature, shake well and toss the salad until well mixed

Classic Chicken Salad

Organic chicken breast, mayo, Dijon, celery, dill, parsley, scallion (1 pint)

Bake Your Own Sourdough Bread

Remove the sourdough from the bag and place on a piece of parchment paper in a medium bowl to shape the bread. Meanwhile, heat your oven to 450 degrees. Place a dutch oven pot with the lid on in the oven to preheat for 45 minutes. Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven, remove the lid and place the loaf inside the hot pot by holding the edges of the parchment paper.  The dome side of the bread should face up in the pot. Use a knife or razor blade to make an X along the top of the bread (about ½”deep). Place the lid back on the pot and bake in the hot 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and turn the heat down to 400, bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack for at least one hour before slicing. Raw dough will hold in the fridge for 1 week from delivery. Once baked, consume within 3 days.

Good Eaters Vinaigrette

Banyuls Red Wine Vinegar, Champagne Vinegar, Dijon, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil Avocado Oil, Shallot, Honey (8oz Jar)

Gluten Free / Dairy Free 

Bring to room temperature and shake well before using.


Dinner Entrees

Gigi’s Beef Stew with Egg Noodles and Steamed Broccoli

Grass fed beef, organic carrots, celery, potatoes, onion, garlic, red wine, stock served with buttered egg noodles and steamed organic broccoli (Serves 4)

Gluten Free by omitting the egg noodles / Dairy Free

Warm the stew in a sauce pan over medium heat until bubbling. Microwave egg noodles for 1-2 minutes and serve with hot stew over the top or on the side. Broccoli can be microwaved 1 minute or roasted at 400 with a drizzle of olive oil on a sheet pan for 7-10 minutes until crispy.


Roasted Vegetable Lasagna with Caesar Salad

Organic roasted eggplant, zucchini and spinach, organic Bianco tomato sauce, organic lasagna noodles, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, basil and organic romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan, sourdough croutons (Serves 4)

Vegetarian

Remove the lasagna and let sit on the counter while you preheat the oven to 375 degrees Remove the lid and cover the lasagna with foil, sealing the edges. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until the sauce is bubbling. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese has browned and is bubbly. Shake vinaigrette well and toss the salad.


Salmon Sushi Bowls 

Slow cooked Salmon, steamed sushi rice, sliced carrots + cucumbers, steamed edamame, seaweed wraps, spicy mayo (Serves 4) 

Gluten Free / Dairy Free

Warm the salmon in a hot 400 degree oven or air fryer for 5-7 minutes until warmed OR serve chilled. Microwave the rice and serve the warm rice with salmon, chilled vegetables, seaweed and chilled spicy mayo. It’s fun to make sushi wraps, hand rolls or bowls with these ingredients.
